Part was to short. Some modification was necessary to eliminate the toe in that was caused by the part being to short.

Socket set, Pipe wrench and vise and lots of swearing
Removed old tie rod ends and replaced. New rod was shorter than the original so some modification was needed to eliminate the toe in.

Parts Used
1. used penetrating oil on nuts
2. had to use 1/2" socket drive to get leverage to break the nut loose.
3. removed nuts on both sides with hammar
4. installed new tie rod from ereplacement
5. tightened the nuts.
