Not the right part
I tried to order a shear pin and clip for my DRT900 Tiller. The pin and clip I received was too small. I used the messaging tool to write about this problem, but got no response. I wrote an email about this issue and again, no response. I guess the 24-48 hour response time is a myth. I still don't have the correct part and I am out $38.06. I would really like to get the correct part for my tiller.

A Chain broke on the wheel drive in the gear box of a Charftman rear tine tiller .

Socket set, Wrench Set, sreew driver , Socket set , hammer .
1 Took the tiller all apart
2. Split the gear box in half
3 . took out all the gears and sifter
cleaned out old grease .
4 replaced nidle bearings .
5 out new chain on .
6 replaced all the Grears for tines and wheels .
7 replace gasket .
8 bolted gearbox back to gether and put fream back on gearbox .
9 Ran it and its all working . Tilles and wheels pull as it all should . On A Craftman REAR tine Tiller .
