Good to know there’s a reliable source of parts for a 9-year-old mower, which is now running like new again. Much appreciated!

The part arrived quickly and was the right fit. My mower is back in action!

    Returned item
It got here in good time. I sent it back as it was too small for the mower. I'm waiting for a response. A little less timely but forgivable.

    Wrong item! Wrong description!
This did NOT fit. When I called the rep said all he could do was to refund my money. Your company will not even pay to have these items returned. That is the first time in my 62 years that a cheap company didn't pay for the return postage. It is also my last time to do business with this company.

    1. Removed right rear wheel by prying axle push ring off with flat blade screwdriver.
    2. Released height adjuster gear by squeezing adjuster handle and flipped rear axle to maximum height.
    3. Re-seated height adjuster bar onto post on rear axle assembly.
    4. Hammered new push ring onto post using oversized socket.
    5. Reinstalled right rear wheel by hammering larger push ring onto rear axle using oversized socket.
    6. Height adjuster operates smoothly again!

had to remove rear wheel to allow old flap to slide off and new flap to slide on. Did not have correct push ring for axle diameter

unscrewed brackets that held rear axle in place. flap came off easily. New flap slipped on easily. Really difficult to reattach rear axle because of lever that ties into the wheel height adjustment. Struggled, but finally figured it out. Would have been easy to remove one wheel but needed the correct push ring.

I began by making sure the power cord was unplugged. I used a screwdriver to open the switch housing. I took a digital picture of the wiring for the old switch and labeled the wires so I would know what wires go to what terminals on the new switch. I wired in the new switch and reassembled the switch housing. I also decided to replace the blade and needed a retaining ring.
