Tools Used

Screwdriver, Pliers

Use a flat headed screwdriver to help pry the lock rings off. The left wheel easily comes off and is easily replaced. Use pliers to help get new lock ring back on. The right wheel axle on mine had to be bumped in some with a hammer to allow the wheel to come off and the new one to be put on. There was no problem.
