This replacement ring is an authentic manufacturer sourced item. It is custom designed for use with Craftsman air compressors. It helps to distribute the pressure and heat evenly by creating a tight seal between the cylinder and piston. It is made out of metal and it is sold individually.
To complete this job you will need a screwdriver, wrench set and pliers. Please make sure to unplug the air compressor and the bleed air out from the tank before starting this repair.
