The part I needed for a Hitachi nailer was small but important and easy to find. Ordering was simple and the part was in my hand in a few days.

Simply slipped o-ring over trigger pin.
A cautionary note - we borrowed this brad nailer from a friend. At the time we borrowed it, the rubber air deflector on the back of the tool fell off, that should have been a clue. Then the trigger fell off because of this o-ring failure. We rigged up a by pass and kept shooting, but then the internal o-ring failed also. The owner remarked that perhaps he shouldn't have stored this tool in an outdoor location in the Texas weather. So if one rubber part fails, you might want to check any others!

There is an air valve that releases the air after driving a nail. The plastic puck that blocks the air was destroyed by time and wear. I replaced that and some o-rings and gaskets. Very easy. Took 15 minutes. Worked perfectly the first time.
