Demolition Hammer: Leaks Oil

Clean all parts in thinner and replace all o-rings and seals, including the ring on the piston (if there is one). It is best to replace all the seals and o-rings at the same time – this prevents you from having to do the job again shortly, should another o-ring or seal fail.

Grease all the parts. Apply only a very thin layer of grease to the piston and striker. Ensure the entire barrel is lubricated very well. Reinstall all parts in reverse order and reattach the connecting rod back to the crankshaft, or eccentric gear. Reinstall the barrel to the demolition hammer.
