2. If there is a small plastic washer where the hose connects, remove it from the old regulator and attach to new regulator
3. Attach hose to regulator
4. Clip regulator on grill
5. Test grill

Screwed in a propane tank.
Turned on the propane to make sure the burners were receiving gas (hissing sound)
Lit the burners with the ignitor.
Turned all off and uninstalled the Regulator and propane. Done.
