This genuine OEM rack assembly helps you hold your dishes and utensils in your dishwasher. Measuring approximately 22 inches in length and 20 inches in width, it is equipped with eight wheels, allowing for effortless sliding in and out of the tracks. It is located in the bottom portion of the dishwasher cavity. To determine if a replacement is needed, check for any signs of rust or visible damage on the rack assembly. Additionally, if you experience unusual noises during dishwasher operation or if your dishes are not effectively cleaned after a cycle, the dishrack may need to be replaced. To remove the lower dish rack assembly, open the dishwasher door and pull out the old lower dish rack assembly. Remove the silverware basket and lift it out of the way. Next, take out the side shelf by pulling it up and away. Use a screwdriver to open the clips and remove the two rows of fold-down tines. Once that is complete, replace the tines, basket, and side shelf onto the new rack assembly and smoothly slide it onto the tracks.
