Tools Used

Screwdriver, Pliers, Power Drill, hammer

1. tried to drill hole in axle and tap it for a machine screw thru wheel, for added dependability
2. tap broke within bored hole, could not remove it (despite hours of trying to get broken tap out
3. had to resort back to original axle cap, ordered part
4. reassembled original order of washers and wheel
5. tapped on end cap with a hammer
6 really do not expect it to last very long (don' trust friction grip alone to keep wheel on!)
