    New life for old washer
Easy replacement and good quality part. Brought my 20 year old pressure washer back to life. The hardest part was cleaning out built up scale from years of use but the new part fit perfect and functioned perfect the first time.

    Pressure washer part
Perfect fit. The most difficult part of repairing, for me, is disassembly. After that is done and everything is cleaned putting in brand new parts is great. Like slipping your hands into well fitting gloves.

Haven't been able to install parts. The old fiber insert had disintegrated and in digging the old part out, I damaged the threads on the main body of the pump. I am awaiting an ordered tap to see if I can repair the body threads. Any other suggestions?
Have no idea how this repair will go.

I removed the nut holding the pump unloader with the spring, piston, and piston cylinder. I coated the new parts with a silicon lubricant and replaced them in the same order as I took them out. It took a little effort to reinstall the nut against the spring pressure. The pressure washer started right up and it was as good as new.
