2. Removed pump from pressure tank
3. Removed pump housing from pump
4. Removed guts from old housing
5. Installed guts in new housing
6. Installed new housing on pump
7. I put a little grease on o-rings to help slip the housing on
8. Tightened bolts installed pressure switch fitting
9. Snipped off a 1/4 off hose installed pump on pressure tank
10.Installed pipe fittings
11. Repaired!
Plumber overtorqued inlet pipe fitting and cracked old Flo-Tech pump housing

Removed drain plugs and pressure switch port from old pump housing transferred to new housing
Pulled old housing with cracked inlet fitting away from motor and impellor
Drove volute out of old housing [gently!] with short length of rubber house using deadblow hammer
Cleaned slime off the volute and inflow internal piping
Greased large O-ring in the motor side of housing, and small O-ring at the inlet port with faucet grease and greased the mating surfaces in the new housing
Make sure the black plastic baffle plate is seated properly on the radial bosses of the volute
Push the volute into the new housing; it only fits one way as the inlet port is off-center
Reinstall the four bolts holding the pump housing to the motor and mounting bracket
and Bob's your uncle!
