The clutch idler pulley worked as intended. Craftsman doesn't carry this part anymore. Please consider changing to "Clutch Idler Pulley" ... there are (Ground) deck pulleys... as a matter to avoid confusion. Thank You, Very Much!

Screwdriver, Socket set, Wrench Set, Nutdriver, Adjustable Wrench
Remove pulley cover.
Remove bolt holding the pulleys in place.
Remove drive cable from pulley bracket.
Remove bottom cover underneath over the belt.
Remove belt from around the pulleys and blade.
Replace the both pulleys on bracket.
Place new belt on around the blade and attach belt cover underneath.
Bolt the pulley bracket down and attach drive cable.
Replace pulley cover .
Remove bolt holding the pulleys in place.
Remove drive cable from pulley bracket.
Remove bottom cover underneath over the belt.
Remove belt from around the pulleys and blade.
Replace the both pulleys on bracket.
Place new belt on around the blade and attach belt cover underneath.
Bolt the pulley bracket down and attach drive cable.
Replace pulley cover .
