This is a genuine part which is supplied directly by the original equipment manufacturer and is used with Craftsman riding mowers. The pulley applies tension to the blade belt which then aids the blade to rotate. This part is made of metal and is sold individually. Before installation, disconnect the spark plug wire and make sure the ignition key is removed. You will need a socket wrench and an open ended wrench to complete this repair.
