    Removed old screw that held the handle in place. Used new screw to attach new handle. Replaced the sealing rubber in the lid. Removed the "pressure relief valve" and installed the new one. The cooker is over 50yrs old and is still going strong.

    Pressure cooker body handle would not tighten up any more.

    1. Remove old handles.
    2. Cleaned surfaces
    3. A squirt of WD-40 in each screw hole.
    4. Attached new handles.
    5. Move metal cooking schedule from old handle and Gorilla Glue onto new handle.

    I broke the cover handle trying to open the cooker

    Removed the remaining piece of handle and put on the new one. Replaced the over pressure plug , cleaned the sealing ring cavity and put the new ring in the groove.

    Remove the old sealing ring from the lid and clean out where it was located, then press the new one in. Simply pop off the pressure plug and pop the new one in. Remove the old cover handle by unscrewing the screw holding it in and screw in the new on.Then do the same with the broken body handle.
