This is an Original Weber replacement parts used for specific Grills. This set contains 5 Flavorizer Bars. The purpose of bars is to direct grease and drippings away from the burner tubes, which cuts down on flare ups tremendously. An extra benefit of Flavorizer Bars is that they help add that “cooked on a grill” flavor to your food. Bars rust is the combination of heat and moisture and should be replaced of they are damaged our have holes.

Igniter button no longer created a spark & flavorizer bars were rusted through.

Cooking grates and flavorizer bars were getting rust on them and time for a change so that the rust didn't transfer to food being grilled.

Simply removed the old grates and bars, then installed the new bars and grates. While the grates and bars were out of the grill, it provided an opportunity to brush out the insides of the grill.

1. Removed manifold cover
2. Loosened manifold brace and slid it back.
3. Pull burners out and replaced.
4. Replaced flavorizer bars
5. Cleaned out gas lines at manifold with pipe cleaner
