I followed the instructions that were a part of my manual. I was disappointed that I had to order additional parts. I assumed that a rotor for a snowblower would include both paddles. It turns out, there was only one of the two, and I had to re-order the second rotor blade, paying for additional shipping. Since I was making another order, I did also order the fasteners for the scraper.

Empty the fuel from the tank. remove the thank. replace the fuel line and the old filter. reinstalled the tank. secured the fine lines to the carburetor. Put in fresh fuel. Started the chainsaw.

Cracked primer bulb.

Removed the housing,
Removed the old primer bulb.
Put the new primer bulb on. (It was kind of difficult to put the new bulb on so I put a drop or two of Dawn detergent on the bulb and it slipped in place much easier.)
Replaced the spark plug while I had the housing off.
Reassembled the machine.
