Product Description ?

This is a genuine replacement part manufactured for use with outdoor power equipment. The piston ring creates a seal between the piston and cylinder, and separates the combustion chamber from the crankcase. A worn or damaged piston ring can allow gases to escape which can reduce compression, and cause the engine not to run. Damage to the piston ring can cause damage to the cylinder, so it is recommended to inspect the cylinder for damage when replacing the ring. The ring is sold individually, please see model diagram for additional parts.
