This company will stick with you as long as it takes for the parts a person needs or ordered. I would wager this company kept my order for the parts I needed for a solid time period, until the company produced the back order that I needed for the principal part. The only "con" I have with the company is they use the USPS as a shipping source. I have zero faith in the USPS as a delivery entity. But I have 100% faith in "eReplacementParts"
