Pull starter mechanism spring broke

1. Unscrew the 4 Torx screws to remove old bezel with starter attached. Remove the two screws from the pull starter assembly, (for reuse on assembly).
2. Replace with updated cowl assembly (the cowl had an extra screw hole that was added for more strength, the extra screw was included).

Unscrewed all of the screws from the old assembly and reinstalled the new one in the opposite way I took the old one off.

Remove the screws from the broken muffler guard and removed it.
Installed the new muffler guard
Remove the cracked starter from the shroud, then removed the shroud.
Installed the new shroud and starter.

After many uses the rear shroud spring on the back of the trimmer worn out.

Take of the 3 bolts on the back of the trimmer, take the new kit purchased at eReplacements place in spot where old kit used to be. Screw bolts back in and prestro you\'re done!
