Right part with great customer service
The part that came in, a set of Jawhrose pads, was exactly as described. Identical to OEM. There was however a problem. One of the two main pads was damaged during manufacture. A urethane peg on the back had been melted flat during manufacture. Customer service was great. I reordered and paid for a new set of pads which enabled a replacement set to come my way before the old was returned for refund. They paid both return and replacement shipping as well as refunding my original shipping. The new one came so quick that I had not yet sent the defective one back. This was lucky. Alas, the replacement set was missing a single pad and the installation screws. Customer service allowed me to form a complete set from the two sets and send back the remnants. They have promised a full set refund for the defective parts returned. Since they have already refunded my original shipping charges, I have no doubt they will stand up to their word.
Two closing points; this company has no direct control over the manufacturing and shipping process yet, as the provider, they stand behind ihe parts - very good. Second, on a personal note, I have only one arm, so this Jawhorse, foot activated "tool" is much more than an occasional use item to me - it is an important asset that improves my

1. Removed old screw, old urethane Jaw set was already missing
2. Insert new Urethane Jaw set into proper holes, and install screw and tighten screw.
3. Do the same for the second Urethane Jaw set as above, Job completed.
