Genuine Makita replacement part, this part is sold individually. This is the dust nozzle for the Makita Belt Sanders listed below. The Dust Bag part number 122562-9 attaches to it. It does not include the part number 213415-4 O-Ring which secures the Nozzle into the housing.

I have 12 sanders that are used on glass so parts wear out faster than normal. ereplacement parts supply\'s us with a full compliment of parts. Most of the parts are very simple to replace, simply undo a few screws pull old part, install new parts, replace screws.
I took the screws off the cover.
Remover the old dust nozzle.
Inserted the new dust nozzle.
Screwed the cover plate back on.
Then I attached the dust bag and the sander was good to go.
Just removed 4 screws in the housing, took out the broken part removed the o-ring carefully and reused the O-ring on the new dust nozzle put on the cover replaced for screws, works great. You just have to be careful with the O-ring, or buy a new one.
