?Genuine Makita replacement part, this part is sold individually. This is the dust nozzle for the Makita Belt Sanders listed below. The Dust Bag part number 122562-9 attaches to it. It does not include the part number 213415-4 O-Ring which secures the Nozzle into the housing.

Remover the old dust nozzle.
Inserted the new dust nozzle.
Screwed the cover plate back on.
Then I attached the dust bag and the sander was good to go.
