12 sanders used hard

I have 12 sanders that are used on glass so parts wear out faster than normal. ereplacement parts supply\'s us with a full compliment of parts. Most of the parts are very simple to replace, simply undo a few screws pull old part, install new parts, replace screws.

Unscrewed the cover, took the broken nozzle out, replaced with the new nozzle. Screwed the cover back on.

The dust nozzle was cracked and leaking dust. And the Dust bag did not have a clip.

I took the screws off the cover.
Remover the old dust nozzle.
Inserted the new dust nozzle.
Screwed the cover plate back on.
Then I attached the dust bag and the sander was good to go.

Removed the screws from the housing. Removed the broken nozzle. Replaced the nozzle. Reinstalled housing.

Remove side screws & cover. Insert parts, and attach cover. That\'s it! Everything works again.

Belt sander fell to the ground and broke dust bag elbow.

Just removed 4 screws in the housing, took out the broken part removed the o-ring carefully and reused the O-ring on the new dust nozzle put on the cover replaced for screws, works great. You just have to be careful with the O-ring, or buy a new one.

I removed the four screws on the fan cover and removed the broken nozzle and replaced it with the new one which fit perfectly.
