Found out what caused belt to come loose,was broken fastener outboard, remover belt, removed broken fastener.
Got parts list from manual, order part, installed part.
Hardest part was to hold fastener in place and get nut aligned in hole to start screw to attach fastener to drum.

Loosened and removed old fasteners with screw driver and replaced with new ones. Simple and easy repair. New ones work great.
