First cleaned unit with the pressure washer. Removed the mower deck and performed general maintenance, replace the blades. Changed the oil and lubricated all pivot points. Removed the carburetor, cleaned and replaced the bowl gasket (Walbro/Kohler engine). Changed the air filter. Owner of this unit knows very little about general maintena nce. Front lift arm of mower deck cracked at the hole for large cotter pin (replaced).
