I would like to raise my deck by an inch or two, is there a larger replacement wheel available? I have very thick Floratam grass & already cutting w/ the adjuster beyond the last position.

1. Raise up and block rear end of mower so both rear wheels are off the ground and free
2. Using the proper sized socket, loosen/unscrew the center spindle bolt and remove the used rear wheel. Keep the spindle bolt inserted through the bushing in the used wheel so that the washers stay on the spindle bolt.
3. Turn the used wheel with the inside facing up and remove the 2 washers from the center spindle bolt of the each wheel ensuring that you note the stacking order of the washers.
4. Remove the spindle bolt from used wheel and insert it in the new wheel.
5. Place the 2 washers on the spindle bolt, ensuring that the stacking order is correct.
6. Position the loose backing plate and place the new wheel proper position so that the spindle bolt aligns with the backer plate. Hand screw in the spindle bolt.
7. Tighten the spindle bolt with the proper sized socket.
8. Once both wheels are replaced, unblock the rear of the lawn mower, start the lawn mower and test the proper movement of the wheels.

1. Placed block under front of mower to lift wheels off ground slightly
2. Remove bolt at center of wheel - remove wheel.
3. Take care to keep and reuse washer between wheel and frame
4. Install front wheels and tighten bolts
5 .Move block to center of mower to lift rear wheels off ground slightly
6. Remove bolt at center of wheels and remove wheels.
7. Install bolt and washers on rear wheel.
8. Insert bolt through hole on black inner cover and align with hole in lifter assembly
9. Tighten bolts

Removed old wheels with socket wrench and replace with new wheels ordered from eReplacement Parts. Repair was very easy as long as care was taken in replacing the rear wheels that had additional parts needed for self propelling feature.

Pulled the spark plug cord, put lawn mower on table (so I didn\'t have to bend down) put 4x4in block under back of mower (to jack it up & so it didn\'t roll while on the table) I think it was a 8mm socket I used. and did one wheel at a time. the back wheels had 2 washers on them and put them on the same way as they came off. on the back wheels their is a dust cover that falls down, just line up the bolt through the new wheel,put the washers on and lift the dust cover align it up and screw in on. The front wheels were just pull the wheel and replace with new wheel. after you put the 4x4 block on the front. Took mower off the table after cleaning it a little and replaced the spark plug cord and back in business. with 4 new wheels.

1. Removed center bolt/axle with socket wrench. Noticed position of washer.
2. Cleaned washer and area behind old wheel.
3. Pushed bolt/axle through new wheel with washer in position.
4. Manually threaded bolt into nut; tightened with socket wrench.
