Removed clip holding wheel and wheel bolt in place. Removed metal bolt from plastic wheel and replaced wheel. Reinstalled wheel assembly and replaced clip to hold wheel and wheel bolt in place.

Grill wheel got wrenched off in a wind storm somehow.
Turned the grill upside down. Removed the cotter pin from what remained of the old wheel hub and pulled it off. Put the new wheel on and replaced the cotter pin. Turned the grill back right side up. Easy peezy!
