This rope is an authentic Honda replacement part. It is compatible with over 100 models of engines. By pulling this rope, the recoil starter is rotated. The engine would not be able to start without this part. Its should be replaced if it is cut or worn. Please note the grip handle is sold separately as part 28461-ZL8-003.
