Power cord had shorted it would run if you held it one but not the other.
1. Removed the casing by removing screws.
2. Removed screws holding power cord wires.
3. Removed wires
4. Put new wires to new cord in holes.
5. Tightened down screws.
6. Put casing back together and tightened screws.
7. Tested power.
