Took old motor out
Three screws hold the Mounting bracket to the base. Two screws take the electric motor and fan assembly off of the mounting bracket . I then took the new fan put it where the old fan was screwed it back together and was done in less than 10 minutes

Strong new motor
No screaming old vent fan
