Oil leaking from bottom of oil fill tube.

2. Disconnected gas tank from pull cord housing (3 bolts).
3. Disconnected oil fill tube from pull cord housing (1 screw).
4. Installed gasket on bottom of oil fill tube (old gasket was missing).
5. Replaced o-ring on oil fill cap.
6. Re-attached oil fill tube to pull cord housing.
7. Re-attached gas tank to pull cord housing.
8. Replaced oil fill cap.
9. Tested mower and found it still leaking.
10. Inspected engine and found that the pull cord housing was not firmly attached to engine.
When I was pulling the starter cord, the oil fill tube was being pulled up and out of the
engine, causing the oil leak.
11. Tightened all bolts which attached the pull cord housing to the engine.
12. Re-tested. Problem fixed.
The dipstick tube and dipstick was broken on a free snowblower from a neighbor.

2. Drained old oil and refilled with new oil. Also drained old gas from the tank and carburetor.
3. Removed broken Oil Fill Tube and replaced with new part.
4. Installed new dipstick with O-ring.
5. Started and ran the snowblower to check for oil leaks and fuel leaks.
6. Started list of additional parts needed to be fully operational.

It was not a difficult job. Any DIY person could figure it out fairly easily. All the parts are easy to get to and not too complicated to remove or replace.
