Thank you for your question. Your owner's manual recommends to use the hose that comes with the grill, part number 99263. If it becomes worn or damaged, it will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

The serial number will usually be found in the upper right-hand corner of your owner's manual or it may be found behind the control panel. I removed the old hose, with some difficulty as it was pretty tight on the grill
I then attached the new one, that part was pretty easy
I then checked for any leaks, found none and then grilled some food, a happy camper
