This is a genuine OEM replacement blade for use on Lawn Mowers. If the blade is too dull it will tear the grass instead of an even cut. A bent or damaged blade can cause serious damage or injuries. You can use this blade with the Recycler Cutting System to chop grass clippings into fine mulch particles and return them to the ground.

2. Install new blade using the same mower bolt. Don't forget to use the block of wood to hold blade steady.
3. Turn the mower right side up and install new cable. Run spring clip through housing and attach, and push black plastic clip through housing until it clicks into place. Run cable up through cable housing and run S clip into throttle housing. Note don't tighten cable until you have run cable through brackets and loop harness. Once installed you can tighten mounting bolt( my model has one bolt on the left hand side of mower handle bar that also holds the throttle lever)
4. Turn mower on it side again and install the two cover plate bolts from underneath and tighten. Total time for both installs 20 minutes.
One other note tip the mower on its side with gas tank facing up or you'll have a gas puddle on the ground.
