The purpose of this assembly is to rotate the blower wheel that produces the airflow, unfortunately, over time parts will wear out and they may begin to fail eventually requiring a replacement. This complete assembly includes the motor, the fan, the mounting bracket, and the power cord with two-prong plug. replacement part worked well after machine screw straightened.
The long adjustment machine screw had penetrated the box and was bent. I was able to straighten screw and install the assembly. the assembly corrected my problem. THANKS
