    1. Unscrewed the vacuum, which pulls apart in half
    2. Remove the broken motor from the two electrical plugs, taking note which plug goes where
    3. Clean the inner part of the vacuum in necessary, I used and air compressor carefully pulsating air in the cracks
    4. Plug in new motor test operation
    5. Seal up vacuum

    Opened case, removed motor and installed new motor.

    Original motor with the unit was dead.

    1. Tool out all the screws and took the unit apart.

    2. (Optional but recommended) Took photos of the wiring set up as well as other parts inside the unit.

    3. Unplugged the wires from old motor.

    4. Took the rubber cover and plastic cover off the old motor.

    5. Put the cover(s) on the new motor.

    6. Double checked the wires to ensure they weren't in the wrong place.

    7. Put unit back together.

    8. Ran the vacuum with no issues afterwards.
