This is a set (2 pc) of brake pads for a 4-piston brake type, with the spring included. They are metal pads with a steel backing plate. They have radiator fins, which prolong the life of the pad and decrease fade due to the cooling technology. Brake pads wear with time and need to be checked on a regular basis to ensure safe riding. To install, set the brake pads in the caliper, insert the pad axle, and install the retaining clip.
