Removed old pulley by loosening two guide clips. Removed starter rope from old pulley and put it on new pulley. Did not need to replace the starter spring which stays in place. New starter pulley only snaps over spring in one position of 360 degree rotation. Trick is to wind the rope so no slack in it when pulley snaps in. I readjusted the length of the rope several times to get it right. Maybe would work faster by working from the handle end?

I had broken the momentary switch when disassembling the unit. Popped in new one in a few minutes.
