Power Head Base was broken. The center bar that is above the groove in the beater roller was broken.

Tools Used

Screwdriver, Wire cutter and stripper

1.) Removed the top cover from the Power Head
2.) Took photograph of the original Power Head's inside so I would know what it should look like when finished.
3.) Removed all the pieces from the original Power Head
4.) Started reassembling the removed pieces into the new Power Head.
5.) Removed the big wheels from the original Power Head and reinstalled them in the new one.
6.) When everything was back together I plugged the Power Head into the vacuum and tested it - all was good!
