This is an original part from Briggs and Stratton, Troy-Bilt, and Snapper for use with Pressure Washers. The outlet tube kit includes the O-ring. The pressure hose connects to the outlet tube, which threads onto the pump. The tool that you will need to replace the outlet tube kit is a Wrench Set.

1. Troubleshot the manifold.
2. Removed the pump from the pressure washer.
3. Removed and examined the manifold.
4. Made the list of parts from the parts breakdown located online.
5. Found the best prices and correct B&R parts at ereplacementparts.com
6. Built up the new manifold with the ordered parts and a few reusable pieces from the old manifold.
7. Reinstalled the pump and tested.

22 mm Threads on HP water outlet hose screws onto were buggered, possibly from cross threading or hitting the ground when being moved.

1. Placed washer on bench to better access piece (on underside)
2. Removed old piece
3. Replaced with new part
4. To prevent re-occurrence, I added a quick connect female thread to the outlet, and quick connect male to the hose.
