Isolation valve stopped dispensing water and ice

Tools Used

Screwdriver, Nutdriver, Adjustable Wrench

Removed the refrigerator out from its place.
Unplugged the power source, shut the water valve off.
Removed panel from the back of the refrigerator.
Placed drip pan from underneath the isolation valve.
Removed power cord plug to the electrical valves.
Removed the water infeed supply line into drain pan.
Unbolted the isolation valve.
Removed all the hoses on the suspect valve.
Replaced isolation valve, inserted water lines in the correct locations, and connected the valve to its power source.
Tightened all water connections, and replaced the isolation valve to correct location.
Turned water on, checked for any leaks, seeing none, then tried the water dispenser.
Plugged the refrigerator back in and tried water dispenser, All worked fine.
Replaced the refrigerator back panel.
Replaced the water filter in the refrigerator.
Placed the refrigerator back to where it belonged.
Done.
