This replacement gasket-intake is an authentic OEM component. It is specially designed for use with Echo handheld lawn and garden equipment. This gasket is utilized to provide a tight seal between the insulator and the carburetor. Over time due to heat and regular wear, the material may begin to crack eventually requiring a replacement to maintain peak performance. Note, one durable composite material gasket is included. Check the diagrams of your model for the exact location and the correct installation of this component. To replace it, you will need a screwdriver to remove and resecure the carburetor and the intake manifold.
