    Rubber bumpers on drill body were damaged

    Replaced the plastic drill body that included the rubber bumpers that were damaged. It's an easy repair, just take a picture as you take it apart so you can make sure and put it back together correctly. Very easy.

    removed old housing
    put on new housing
    reinserted screws and tested drill
    perfect fit and repair

    Drill fell from up high, case broke where battery attaches

    Remove the back end of the housing
    Remove the screws from the main housing
    Separate the housings trying to keep all of the internal parts in one half
    Take some pictures of where all the parts are located
    Carefully start installing the parts in the new housing
    Check parts placement with the pictures
    Screw the main housings together
    Screw the back end housing back on

    Broken Housing

    Remove battery, then remove the housing screws. Remove one half of the housing and take a picture of where all the internal parts are located. Start installing all of the internal parts. Check against picture to make sure it's all back together right. Install other half of housing. If everything went well, put the battery in and pull the trigger. Success

    Screwdriver, T10 screwdriver

    Remove the back cover
    Remove the screws from the housings and carefully separate
    Take a picture of where the internal part are placed
    Start placing the parts inside of the new housing half
    Check to make sure you moved all of the parts and they are in the correct place
    Install the other housing half
    Install the back cover
    I also installed a belt clip on the tool
