It's exactly what I needed but ordered for the wrong grill. I have a rivergrille

    Wrong part
It was listed as a replacement part for my weber grill but does not fit. It was 3time the size of the oem part and was useless to me. I was offered a refund upon return of the item but shipping was at my expense. Shipping one way was more than the part itself cost so paying for shipping to return the item at roughly $14 on an Item that cost half that doesn’t make sense.

Questions & Answers for Hinge Pin/cotter Pin Kit

Pin came out of my spirit e310 gas grill. What do I need. Also, I've replaced the igniter and burner tubes. I did this because it wouldn't lite. Igniter first then burners. It took a few tries to get it lit and success. Today it wont lite. What gives?
Tom for model number DR6248728 asked on 2023-04-14
Hi Tom, Thank you for your question. If you could resubmit your question with the serial number from your grill, we will verify what part may cause this issue. The model number may be found on the owner's manual, on the bottom panel of the grille, or on the manifold. We hope this helps!

This was a weber Summitt repair. The cook box and everything inside

    Paul - February 28, 2022
Removed all hardware in cook box, installed new cook box a and all parts inside.
A few problems but we worked them out

Only issue was wound up with 2 extra sets of flavor bar holders. The flavor bar holders were part of the cook box

The replacement hinge pin from you was twice the diameter that I needed. I tossed the new part into my bin and left things as they were leaving the damaged pin in place.. The plastic button was easy to put into place.

Apparently the hinge pin diameter was changed and you were not aware.
