    Damaged mulch door and bracket. Missing grass deflector as well.

    1. Removed damaged mulch door and damaged bracket. Had to use hacksaw to cut bracket bolt.
    2. Installed new mulch door bracket, reusing mulch door hold-down spring.
    3. Clipped on new mulch door latch
    4. New grass deflector fits great.

    Replace broken mulch cover, broken height adjust knobs and worn wheels

    1. Drain fuel and disconnect spark plug
    2. Remove old wheels with socket wrench (1 at a time)
    3. Clean and lubricate wheel spindles and height adjust bracket
    4. Remove small washer holding old height adjust knobs and place new knob and replace washer.
    5. Install new wheel and secure with new lock nut. Repeat for all 4 wheels.
    6. Clean mulch door area and remove nuts holding bracket.
    7. Assemble new rod, spring and mulch door to bracket. I used clamps to hold door in place while securing the spring the correct position.
    8. Replace entire assembly to mower and secure with 2 nuts
    9. Re-attach spark plug wire.
