  • Take a chance on a woman’s advice.
I am glad I took a chance ordering this part on the advice of a female agent, because the male agent advised me to only order by model number and I did not have it. So based on what your female agent told me I went ahead and ordered the part and it worked perfectly and was easy to replace.

easy enough repair. easy company to work with.
Excellent part. Fit perfectly. Works great though a bit expensive. If it lasts another 5 years it will be a great deal.

    Height adjuster broken

    Socket set

Pretty easy...first prop the front wheels up on a box or something to get underneath. Then just using a 14mm (I think) socket to remove the wheel and get to the adjuster plate. Then you remove the nut from behind the plate, under the lawnmower and pop the height adjuster plate off. Put the new one on and you're done. Tip: There's a right and left (from the vantage point of operating the lawnmower)...so be sure to indicate which side. Thanks!
