The lint trap got clogged with lint and fabric fluff which caused the heating element to over heat until th high temp relay cut the power to the element.

Parts Used
Pull the dryer away from the wal to gain access behind.
Remove lint catch and the duct to the outside exhaust
Removed the back panel and then removed the lint trap assembly. Cleaned it and then reinstalled.
Disconnected the inputs to the heater element assembly and the relays
Removed the old element. Installed the new unit. Installed new cutoff relays and reconnected all inputs
Rechecked the installation. Replaced the back panel. Pushed the dryer halfway back into its stall
Reinstalled the exhaust ducting and lint trap. Reconnected the power. Pushed back into operation space
Ran a test cycle to ensure proper operation
Begin washing the weekly laundry Mission accomplished.
