The head cap is secured in the back of a nailer to ensure a tight seal between the cylinder and the piston.     1. Remove head cover
    2. Remove exhaust plate.
    3. Take out head cap.
    4. Replace exhaust valve into new head cap.
    5. Use screws for exhaust cove to attach head cap.
    6. Place new gasket on body.
    7. Reinstall head cover.
