This is an authentic OEM part for use with Frigidaire, Kenmore, Crosley, Westinghouse, Electrolux and Gibson Refrigerators. The ribbon cable harness connects the user interface to electrical circuits in the refrigerator. The most common reason for replacing the ribbon cable harness is if the water dispenser won't dispense water or the ice maker won't dispense ice. This part is sold individually. The tools that you will need to replace ribbon cable harness is a small Phillips screwdriver, normal size Phillips screwdriver and needle nose plier.

1. Removed the plastic panel
2. Disengaged the Harnessribbon connector from electric panel after turning the power off.
3. Conneted the Harnessribbon from refrigerator electric panel to circuit board on plastic detachable panel, to do this last thing had to remove the screws.
