1. Removed the breather cover and the element to expose the carburetor, the throttle butterfly shaft, and the linkage hole.
2. Removed the hand grip/throttle control handle.
3. Inserted the new grommet, the linkage, and the throttle control.
4. Reversed the order to reassemble.
