Installed new grass bag on metal hoop (5 minutes) and installed new deck adapter and tube (10 minutes). The most difficult part was removing the rusted bolt that held the old deck adapter in place. I used a new one as a replacement. Apparently that bolts need to be replaced more often before they become rusty.
