  • Little in size. Big in performance.
For such a small part. It makes a huge difference in how my mower runs. The part came in early and was cheaper than others.

    Tools Used

Screwdriver, Pliers, Socket set, Nutdriver, RPM Digital read hand held

    1 Removed Air Filter
2 Removed Primer bulb holder plate Just Three (3) bolts
3 Used Flat Head Screw driver to pry primer bulb holder from plate. Much easier to do it with the plate off.
4 Inserted new primer bulb into holder and used a Socket to push it into holder and secure it.
5Scraped off old Air Filter gasket and replaced it with a new one.I actually used two gaskets just in case the primer bulb plate was bent or warped...Better seal that way.
6 Removed old Governor Spring with Needle nose pliers and replaced it with a new one.
put it back together except for the cover..
7 Started it up and used a digital RPM monitor and adjusted my RPMs to 3100-3200 RPMs..
Runs beautiful.. I believe It is a 200 21" Toro Self Pacer..

It was somewhat aggravating for me. I'm an older woman with no experience mechanically.
My son came over and we figured it out together.
The lawnmower is working fine now.
I do wish that there would be a small diagram (with the parts) showing how the parts connect to the other parts
It would have been so much easier.
